Welcome to NovaLume. By engaging our services—whether it's a bespoke architectural lighting design or a full-scale commercial installation—you're agreeing to the following terms. We've kept things straightforward. No one likes hidden surprises, right?
1. Scope of Work & Equipment
Our proposals detailed to you define the exact hardware and smart integration parameters for your project. Please note that while we provide premium fixtures, specific hardware warranties are passed through directly from the manufacturers. We don't just sell lights; we engineer atmospheres.
Any modifications requested after the commencement of an installation may incur additional labor costs. We believe in getting it right the first time, but we're flexible when your vision evolves.
2. Payment Terms
A standard deposit of 40% is required for materials procurement on all large-scale projects. Final 20% balance is due within 14 days of project sign-off. Late payments? We'd rather avoid the awkwardness, so please stick to the schedule.
3. Installation Liability
During commercial high-voltage installations or architectural mounting, NovaLume maintains full comprehensive liability insurance. However, we aren't responsible for pre-existing electrical deficiencies in your structure. Have you had your wiring checked in the last 10 years?
4. Smart Home Integration
Connectivity depends on your local network stability. While we ensure our smart hubs and drivers are configured perfectly, NovaLume cannot guarantee 100% uptime if your ISP decides to take a nap.
Hardware Guarantees
We source architectural-grade LEDs tested for 50,000+ hours. Our policy ensures a 3-year labor warranty on all fixed installations, giving you peace of mind long after the ladders are gone.
